We are looking for the person who will lead our Data Operations Hub for Iberia, serving the business units in Spain and Portugal. This role is critical to ensuring data generation, quality, reliability, and availability within Operations, empowering teams to make informed, metric-driven decisions. ### **Responsibilities** * Continuously monitor key business KPIs and trends to anticipate variations that may impact the business. * Analyze data and metrics to propose and implement improvements for process optimization and new strategies. * Manage and maintain reporting for Operations departments in Spain and Portugal: Sales, Customer Service, Granting & AFAML, and Collections. * Understand business needs within Operations teams to design required reports for monitoring processes and metrics. * Develop and ensure maintenance of mechanisms, macros, and scheduled automations for operational processes. * Provide general support to various Operations areas based on business needs. * Lead, develop, and evaluate the Data Ops team, fostering their growth and excellence in deliverables. * Coordinate strategically with Data teams both centrally and within the Business Unit, ensuring alignment, smooth information exchange, and joint execution of analytics and reporting initiatives. ### **Requirements** * +5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or data operations. * Experience leading teams. * Advanced proficiency in key analytics and visualization tools, including SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel, as well as visualization tools; Python is considered a plus. * Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and business orientation. * Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. * Fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus). ### **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life. * A diverse and inclusive environment where transparency, collaboration, and respect are part of our daily culture.
