We support urban mobility projects throughout their entire lifecycle. **What We Expect** ----------------- You will lead, organise, and supervise works related to full elevator and escalator replacements, repairs, and modernisations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal and external protocols; additionally, you will manage, coordinate, and promote the professional development of your technical team, maintaining client contact throughout all service delivery phases. **Responsibilities** * Verify compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations as well as company-established safety, health, and environmental standards—applicable both to employees and subcontractors, and to repair and modernisation activities—by conducting defined safety verifications and quality inspections on site. * Support the commercial department in preparing offers, budgets, and studies, as well as during client visits and technical advisory sessions for existing or prospective clients. * Manage and control all documentation and formalities required for initiation, preparation, and execution of repairs and modernisations, including legalisation before competent public administration bodies. * Monitor financial execution of repairs and modernisations to achieve predefined objectives. * Plan and direct both in-house and subcontracted personnel required for repair and modernisation activities, verifying that both groups possess the necessary materials and resources for correct task execution according to agreed client timelines. * Negotiate availability, pricing, and rates with subcontractors and suppliers; award budgets in accordance with company-defined internal processes and regulations; manage and validate invoices related to work execution, verifying correct performance per contractual terms and performing final testing protocols. * Manage client requests and/or clarifications regarding technical aspects and/or repairs and modernisations. * Manage the repair and modernisation technical team under your responsibility to maximise both professional and personal performance through proper performance evaluation, identification and management of training needs, and effective communication, planning, and follow-up. * Manage and develop all tasks related to self-employed contractors and supplier management to ensure all repair and modernisation activities are carried out satisfactorily, verifying adherence to internal repair and modernisation procedures and protocols, as well as organisational quality and safety standards. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- Technical Architecture or Technical Engineering qualification—or equivalent professional experience—is required, along with coordination capability, motivation, and team leadership skills.
