A stable project with high impact on customers #### **Introduction** Talent Search People, in collaboration with Menarini, is currently searching for a Field Service Specialist to perform maintenance of specialized medical diagnostic devices in clinical hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and other specialties in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. #### **Organization** You will work for a leading Italian pharmaceutical company with global presence and a strong track record of over 130 years in the sector. With a team of more than 700 professionals in Spain, it ranks among the top 15 pharmaceutical companies in the country. Its current focus spans key therapeutic areas including cardiovascular risk, respiratory conditions, analgesia, male sexual health, and gastrointestinal disorders. Furthermore, it is committed to research and development of new products across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology. #### **Role** The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensive management of their assigned territory, acting as a trusted partner for healthcare professionals. Their mission will be to ensure optimal performance of the company’s solutions in hospitals, health centers, and clinical laboratories, combining technical support with specialized training and advisory services. Key day-to-day responsibilities:* Perform installations, preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of equipment (instruments, reagents, and software). * Ensure optimal operation of assigned systems. * Provide technical training to end users at customer sites. * Maintain smooth and proactive communication with customers. * Report activities in CRM (remotely and on-site), adhering to quality standards. * Drive post-sales service digitalization using digital tools. * Guarantee compliance with maintenance and modification schedules according to KPIs. * Collaborate closely with commercial teams and application specialists. #### **Requirements** You are the ideal candidate if:* You hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification (FP Medio/Superior) or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Health Sciences or related field. * You have a minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in the in vitro diagnostics sector. * You possess knowledge of hardware and applications used in diagnostic equipment. * You have technical-level English proficiency. #### **Offer** * Permanent contract directly with the company. * Full-time position. * Competitive remuneration.
