Job Summary: We are seeking a solar field operator with technical knowledge and a strong commitment to safety to supervise and operate equipment at a thermosolar plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and supervision of equipment at the thermosolar plant. 2. Participation in the emergency response team. 3. Focus on safety, environment, and plant performance. #### **Position Characteristics** * Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance management. * Asset Management System (CMMS) knowledge is desirable. * Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and quality tools is desirable. * Knowledge of thermosolar technology is desirable. Strict adherence to safety procedures is required. Experience working with unloading processes is required. * Technical experience across all areas of a production plant is desirable, including maintenance and production, solar field, and power block. A truck driving license is desirable, or willingness to obtain one, with costs covered by the company. #### **Work Modality** On-site #### **Department** Operations #### **Work Location** Casablanca - Talarrubias (Badajoz) #### **Your Profile** We seek a candidate interested in renewable energy for the solar field operator position, working rotating shifts. #### **Requirements** **Mandatory:** Vocational Training qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or a similar engineering degree. #### **Competencies** * Conflict management, stress tolerance, teamwork, organization and planning, decision-making, goal orientation, commitment to excellence, continuous improvement orientation, and analytical problem solving. * Experience implementing, continuously improving, and regularly using standardized O&M procedures. Focus on ensuring personnel safety, environmental protection, and plant and equipment reliability and performance. * Flexibility and ability to learn and handle technical documentation.23 #### **Responsibilities** Reporting to the panel operator and shift supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the following functions: * Safely supervise and operate thermosolar plant and PPTA equipment in accordance with established procedures. * Conduct inspections and supervision of the solar field. * Operate field equipment, performing necessary local maneuvers on equipment and systems—either manually or remotely—and execute unloading operations as required, as well as lifting them. * Perform routine rounds, monitor and report operational conditions of equipment, reporting deviations from normal operation, anomalies, or failures. * Carry out routine preventive maintenance tasks and support maintenance personnel in more complex activities. * Participate in the emergency response team and conduct scheduled drills and exercises. * Drive and operate vehicles and machinery provided by the company. #### **Who Are We?** Solclef is an energy asset operator, currently operating exclusively renewable generation assets.
