SL ### **Description and Requirements** **Distribution Manager Technician (Gran Canaria)** **Description and Requirements:** If you’re looking for a new professional challenge, we are seeking a **“Distribution Manager Technician”** to join the **Gran Canaria Territorial Unit** team. **Who will you work with?** Within the Territorial Unit, review and adaptation tasks are carried out, providing and validating necessary data not available in systems, and preparing required reports for the MV/LV grid. This Unit handles tasks related to certifications, commissioning and legalization of new installations, as well as updating relevant systems and databases according to established procedures. Within the Unit, assigned distribution network management is performed, and collaboration takes place in analyzing inspection and failure results and scheduled maintenance, defining necessary works in accordance with defined technical specifications. **What will you be responsible for?** Your responsibilities will include: * Performing and supervising overall distribution network activities, including failures, NNSS, network maintenance, and investment. Collaborating in certification reviews, analysis of inspections and failures, and managing the distribution network within your scope, in compliance with applicable procedures and legislation. Conducting review and adaptation tasks, providing and validating necessary data not available in systems, and preparing required reports. * Tasks related to certifications, commissioning and legalization of new installations, as well as updating relevant systems and databases according to established procedures. * Management of the assigned distribution network. * Collaboration in analyzing inspection and failure results and scheduled maintenance, and defining necessary works in accordance with defined technical specifications. * Preparing reports and proposing improvement actions and initiatives. * Performing and supervising staff under your responsibility; receiving completed repair works; requesting explanations; analyzing data; generating field-based incident reports (causes, affected and repaired components, timelines, etc.); and defining possible pending actions. Further details will be provided during the interview. **What is required?** **Essential requirements** for this role are: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related fields. * **Knowledge:** MS Office Basics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Communications tools (Teams). * **Competencies:** Emotional intelligence and teamwork spirit. Results orientation. Agility and continuous improvement. * **Languages:** Advanced English proficiency. **Desirable qualifications:** * **Knowledge:** Data & Analytics. SQL.
