Collaborative environment where strategy, creativity, and data are integrated #### **Profile** We are looking for a **Data Strategy & Integration** professional who acts as the **bridge between data and business strategy**, with a **clear focus on supporting account, marketing, communications, and creative teams** (both within the bank and across its agency ecosystem) **in areas such as marketing, CRM, digital channels, and customer experience.** The role’s objective is to **ensure that information and insights are genuinely integrated into the definition of strategies, proposals, and campaigns**, thereby elevating the bank’s initiatives in terms of relevance, effectiveness, and customer experience. This is not a technical execution role, but rather one of **orchestration, strategic translation, and activating data within teams**. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the bridge between the bank’s data/analytics teams and the agency’s account, marketing, and creative teams, ensuring insights are integrated from briefing through to results evaluation. * Support account teams in the strategic definition of projects and campaigns by providing a data-driven perspective that enhances the quality of business recommendations. * Translate available information (CRM, digital behavior, campaigns, research, social listening, etc.) **into clear, actionable strategic inputs** for defining creative concepts, value propositions, and activation plans. * Define, together with account-marketing and data/analytics teams, the **KPIs and measurement frameworks** enabling real impact assessment of initiatives across business, brand, and customer relationships. * Ensure strategic coherence between data insights and creative decisions, guaranteeing creativity is grounded in deep customer and contextual understanding. * Elevate the quality of strategic deliverables (presentations, proposals, campaign post-mortems) **by incorporating data-driven storytelling for business and executive stakeholders**. * Identify behavioral patterns, business opportunities, and cultural tensions that may inspire new ideas. * Stay current on trends in analytics, data-driven marketing, personalization, and AI applied to marketing and communications, assessing their potential impact on banking business. **Requirements** * Minimum **4 years’ experience in data strategy, strategic planning, consulting, or business intelligence applied to marketing/communications**, preferably in banking, agencies, or corporate environments focused on brand and customer. * Experience working with data from **campaigns, CRM, digital analytics, customer research, and social listening**, with ability to translate them into strategic recommendations for business and creativity. * Profile **oriented toward managing business stakeholders** (accounts, marketing, communications, branding, CX), with influence capabilities and cross-functional alignment skills. * **Strategic thinking, customer-centric vision, and creative sensitivity.** * Communication, presentation, and strategic workshop facilitation skills. * High proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1).
