




Position Summary: We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Consultant to act as the technical liaison, analyze and adapt business processes, and coordinate the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public within an international industrial company. Active participation in functional support and user enablement At Grúas Sáez S.L., a Spanish multinational and internationally recognized company specializing in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are looking to hire an SAP S/4HANA Consultant for our facilities in Murcia. Responsibilities * Act as the technical liaison between the company and the external consultancy firm responsible for the development and implementation of SAP S/4HANA. * Analyze and adapt Production, Logistics, and Finance processes to the standard SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public model. * Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and functional decision-making. * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-to-end validations, and incident resolution. * Ensure correct integration across modules and assess operational and financial impacts of processes. * Collaborate on data migration from SAP Business One. * Provide functional support and guide users during adoption of the new ERP system. Requirements * Vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects (experience in Cloud environments is desirable). * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Functional knowledge in Production (PP), Logistics (MM), and/or Finance (FI/CO). * Analytical, proactive profile with ability to align business processes with ERP solutions.
