If you are a proactive professional eager to develop yourself in a dynamic environment and passionate about hydraulic engineering, this is your opportunity! **About the Position:** You will be responsible for drafting and developing hydraulic projects, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle. We seek someone with solid technical training and the ability to solve complex problems in the field of hydraulics. Your responsibilities will include: * Drafting and development of hydraulic projects (design of channels, dams, irrigation systems, water supply and sanitation systems, etc.). * Hydraulic and hydrological analysis and calculations. * Preparation of technical reports, specifications, quantity take-offs, and budgets. * Coordination with other departments and project stakeholders. * Participation in preparation of bids and tenders in the hydraulic field. * Monitoring and control of hydraulic construction execution (if applicable). * Research and application of new technologies and regulations in hydraulic projects. **What We Are Looking For:** * University degree in Civil Engineering (specializing in Roads, Canals and Ports) or Civil Engineering. * **Minimum demonstrable experience of 2 years** in drafting hydraulic projects. * Solid knowledge of hydraulics and hydrology. * Experience using hydraulic design and calculation software (e.g., HEC-RAS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc.). * Analytical, synthetic, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Proactivity, initiative, and commitment to quality. * Excellent communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in tenders/bids within the fields of hydraulics and hydrology. * Knowledge of regulations and legislation applicable to hydraulic projects. * Experience in project management. * Technical English proficiency. **Why Join Eosol Group?** We offer a stimulating work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to participate in challenging, large-scale projects.
