Automation and AI Developer We are looking for someone to build tools that automate the company’s key processes using programming, data, and artificial intelligence. This is not a traditional development role nor a software maintenance position. It is a building role: creating solutions from scratch to improve business efficiency and reduce manual work. **You will work directly on real-world problems such as:** * Automating email and WhatsApp responses * Developing internal tools for teams * Analyzing information (documents, data, text) using AI * Automating repetitive tasks * Building small systems to support decision-making **The approach is practical:** identify a problem, build a functional solution, test it, and iterate to improve it. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Developing internal tools (primarily in Python) * Integrating APIs (including AI models / LLMs) * Working with business logic and real-world data * Building rapid prototypes and evolving them * Automating operational processes We do not require initial technical perfection—rather, the ability to build useful solutions and iteratively improve them.
