Would you like to be part of a success story and decisively contribute your work, ideas, and personality to the success of the service area? **What Will You Do in This Role?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and allocating assembly-related tasks for our products, overseeing a team of technicians. This is a dynamic position featuring a high degree of self-management, with direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, supervision, and development of the assigned assembly technician team. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of site progress and assembly results, and control of KPIs. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and supporting collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to clients or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. Additionally, you meet the following requirements: * University degree in Engineering or Architecture. * Planning, coordination, communication, motivation, and team leadership capabilities. * Technical experience and people management experience are highly valued; 2–3 years preferred. * Additional desirable competencies include creativity and initiative, openness to change, commitment to continuous improvement, and customer orientation.
