This is a dynamic position featuring a high degree of self-management, with direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, supervision, and development of the assigned assembly technician team. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of site progress and assembly results, and control of KPIs. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and supporting collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to clients or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations.
