Would you like to be part of a success story and decisively contribute—through your work, your ideas, and your personality—to the success of the service area? **What Will You Do in This Role?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and allocating assembly-related tasks for our products, managing a team of technicians. This is a dynamic position offering a high degree of self-management, with direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, supervision, and development of the team of assembly technicians under your responsibility. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of site progress and assembly outcomes, and control of performance indicators. * Reporting on achievement of billing milestones and collaboration in collection management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to clients or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations.
