This is a dynamic position requiring a high degree of self-management, with direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the team of assembly technicians under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of site progress and assembly outcomes, and control of key performance indicators. * Reporting on achievement of billing milestones and collaboration in collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Handover of installed units to customers or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. **Who We’re Looking For** Do you have a structured way of working and familiarity with the digital world, enabling you to independently manage your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing tasks efficiently and successfully?
