Coordinate actions with the park’s environmental management system. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Architect or Technical Architect or Technical Engineer or Industrial Engineer to provide technical support and follow-up in the management of Timanfaya National Park in Lanzarote. **Work Location** -------------------- * Lanzarote **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Study and analysis of the condition of existing facilities, infrastructure, and equipment in the Park. * Review and update of original project documentation, drawings, equipment lists, etc. * Review of signage and health and safety procedures for various equipment. * Review and update of legal, heritage-related, licensing, and other administrative authorizations required for operation and proper functioning. * Management, supervision, and follow-up of technical and legal reviews necessary for the proper functioning of infrastructure and facilities. * Technical supervision of improvement and maintenance works on infrastructure and facilities. * Feasibility reports and progress monitoring of third-party-proposed works concerning infrastructure and facilities in the park. * Development of maintenance protocols and procedures. * Proposals for improvement, renovation, and rehabilitation projects for facilities, buildings, electrical installations, sanitation systems, fire protection systems, public-use equipment, accessibility features, etc. * Coordination of all actions with the park’s environmental management system. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire.
