Participation in agricultural mechanization projects. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- TRAGSA **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Agricultural Engineer or Industrial Engineer or Forestry Engineer (Madrid) at its Madrid Delegation. **Work Location** -------------------- * Madrid Delegation Address: Leganés **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Analyze activities and procedures to be carried out. * Supervise, where applicable, activities performed by assigned staff. * Apply specific knowledge derived from education/experience to perform technical activities within the project. * Prepare reports on carried-out activities. * Analyze results of own activities and submit specific improvement proposals to immediate supervisor. * Ensure compliance with the specifications governing the activity, as well as internal quality procedures and client requirements. * Transfer knowledge and experience gained in performing activities, supporting the training of other team members. * Implement the Quality Management System (in accordance with UNE EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard) and participate in its review. * Direct, schedule, and conduct agricultural machinery testing, and update related procedures in line with international technological advances and updates to national and international regulations. * Prepare and evaluate test results conducted by the laboratory, ensuring their quality. * Monitor the operational status and calibration schedule of laboratory testing equipment, reporting necessary repairs and proposing acquisition of measurement and testing equipment in accordance with current testing regulations. * Provide technical support to the Laboratory Director through preparation of documents and reports, and participation in national and international meetings. * Participate in any agricultural mechanization-related project for which the Laboratory Director requests technical advice. * Proficiency in English is required for proper performance of responsibilities, including handling English-language technical documentation, participating in meetings, and undertaking international travel. * Carry out occasional travel arising from area of responsibility. * Knowledge of mechanics, process development and/or quality systems (assessed during technical interview). * Intermediate-level PRESTO software proficiency (assessed during technical interview). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (assessed during technical interview). * Intermediate-level ArcGIS proficiency (assessed during technical interview). **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Forestry Engineering; or a University Bachelor’s Degree plus Master’s Degree. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 month to 1 year of experience in report writing. * 1 month to 1 year of experience in mechanics, process development and/or quality systems (assessed during technical interview). * 1 month to 1 year of experience in intermediate-level PRESTO software use (assessed during technical interview). * 1 month to 1 year of experience in intermediate-level Microsoft Office use (assessed during technical interview). * 1 month to 1 year of experience in intermediate-level ArcGIS use (assessed during technical interview). **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Contract: Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 7 months, linked to execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time work schedule.
