We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. **Join our industrial team.** In our Technology Production and Integration Unit, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Department/Shift Manager** experienced in sectors such as electronics and automotive, accustomed to working with demanding production standards and managing teams of 20–50 people. This position is for the **afternoon shift** in San Fernando de Henares. **What will you do?** --------------- Plan, coordinate, and monitor afternoon shift activities, ensuring adherence to the production plan. Lead a team of 20–50 people, ensuring proper task execution and operational performance. Supervise implementation of assembly, integration, and verification procedures in electronic environments. Identify technical and operational incidents, proposing and executing corrective actions. Coordinate tasks with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Planning to ensure timely delivery and schedule compliance. Ensure implementation of industrial standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Monitor afternoon shift KPIs (productivity, efficiency, scrap, cycle times, safety). Prepare and report technical and operational documentation for the shift. Facilitate communication and continuity between shifts, ensuring alignment with daily objectives.
