This person will be responsible for end-to-end expansion and management of the affiliate network—from acquiring new partners to retaining them. In addition, they’ll negotiate strategic agreements and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rate, CPL, and ROAS. **About the Role** As Affiliate Specialist, you’ll be the person in charge of managing day-to-day relationships with the affiliate network and ensuring their proper activation and continuity. A role combining relationship management, monitoring, and performance—with a focus on maintaining a healthy, active network aligned with Learning Heroes’ objectives. **What You’ll Do (or, better yet, what you’ll enjoy)****Affiliate Management & Monitoring*** Serve as the primary point of contact for active affiliates. * Ensure smooth and consistent communication to resolve questions and anticipate issues. * Motivate and re-engage inactive or at-risk affiliates. **Operational Support & Materials*** Provide affiliates with the necessary resources to operate effectively (banners, links, campaign materials). * Coordinate material updates and ensure affiliates always use current information. * Identify operational blockers (contracts, access, documentation) and resolve them promptly. **Network Activation & Growth*** Drive activation of new affiliates and reactivation of existing ones. * Propose actions to improve affiliate channel performance. * Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align campaigns and messaging. **Performance Tracking*** Monitor affiliate channel results. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Report relevant insights regarding the network’s status and evolution.
