What will you do daily? ✅ Talent Acquisition: * Posting job openings across various job boards and supporting their management throughout the entire process. * CV and telephone screening; communications regarding interview scheduling, process updates, or candidate rejection. * Participation in face-to-face and/or virtual interviews for various profiles: distribution, warehouse, sales, customer service, and administration. * Candidate tracking and preparation of outcome reports and feedback summaries. * Requesting/sending documents required for labor onboarding and coordination with other departments. * Registration and control of entries/exits of internal and external personnel (contractors). * Onboarding-related administrative tasks. * General support in preparing recruitment reports. A candidate with education and experience in HR, particularly in Recruitment, meeting the following criteria: * Minimum two years’ experience managing recruitment processes. * Ability to handle recruitment processes in an agile, dynamic environment with a high volume of vacancies. * Experience conducting telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews. * Proficiency in using job boards such as InfoJobs, LinkedIn, and others. * Strong command of Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools. ✅ Additional assets: Experience with AI-based recruitment tools. English proficiency at B2 level (certification not mandatory).
