We are a leading company in Property Management and are looking for an Accounting and Finance Director with a high level of English proficiency for our office in Los Alcázares (Murcia). In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive accounting management of our communities, including payment and collection control, receipt issuance, banking management, treasury control, budgetary analysis, and financial performance reporting. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to optimize financial processes and participate in strategic decision-making to drive company growth. What are we looking for? \- Solid experience (minimum 4 years) in accounting, with in-depth knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, and pivot tables. \- Proficiency in English; additional languages are valued. \- A dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented individual, capable of teamwork and strongly customer-focused. \- Experience in auditing and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to accounting will be especially valued. \- Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent qualifications.
