We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the warehouse during shifts outside regular office hours. This position is critical to ensuring proper coordination among Warehouse, Production, and Logistics, providing real-time operational support, resolving incidents, and ensuring the appropriate flow of materials and finished products. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the warehouse team during assigned shifts, ensuring proper task execution. Make real-time operational decisions to resolve incidents and prevent delays. Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics to ensure timely supply and dispatch. Supervise goods receipt, storage, picking, and loading, ensuring documentation accuracy. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and warehouse best practices. Assign resources, organize team workload, and ensure adequate staffing levels during the shift. Support training, guidance, and development of operators, including temporary workers. Ensure accurate ERP data updates and maintain up-to-date documentation. Conduct routine inspections to identify risks or inefficiencies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a clear and precise shift handover. Other tasks related to the professional category. Requirements Experience in warehouse operations within industrial or logistics environments. Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor (highly valued), though operator profiles with growth potential will also be considered. Ability to coordinate teams, delegate tasks, and work under operational pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills across different departments. Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP (M3 is preferred). Knowledge of safety regulations, GMP, and good handling practices. Availability to work evening/night shifts and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused profile.
