The position outlined below is a vital part of our team and contributes to maintaining and elevating the quality standards that have defined Marbella Club for over 70 years. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver spa treatments ensuring maximum quality, adhering to internal protocols and professional standards. * Manage daily appointments and perform assigned treatments within scheduled timeframes. * Conduct pre-treatment assessments of guest needs to ensure suitability of treatments, products, and wellness programs. * Prepare treatment cabins prior to each service, consistently maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of professional materials and products. * Actively collaborate in maintaining cleanliness and order across all common spa areas. * Maintain constant communication with the Spa Reception team, remaining alert to any changes in the daily schedule. * Sell spa & wellness services and products, optimizing available resources and contributing to achieving sales targets set by Management. * Greet guests with all preparations completed and with comprehensive knowledge of their preferences and needs. * Handle guest incidents or dissatisfaction according to established guidelines, escalating to supervision when necessary. * Record guest feedback to support continuous service improvement. * Provide occasional support at the Spa Reception desk, including reservations, billing, payments, and cash handling. * Carry out additional tasks requested by Management and actively participate in training and ongoing professional development. **Competencies and Requirements:** * Guest orientation and teamwork. * Interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability. * Up-to-date knowledge of spa & wellness services. * Knowledge related to wellbeing and wellness philosophy. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with industry management systems. * High proficiency in English and Spanish, with fluency in spoken communication. * Knowledge of a third language at a similar level is desirable. * Formal training in spa therapies, massage, or wellbeing. Professional certifications or accredited qualifications in related disciplines are required.
