Our team comprises **over 6,500 employees**, highly skilled professionals from more than 45 countries. **Mission:** Ensure correct **end-to-end management of the device repair cycle**, from receipt to return, guaranteeing accurate technical diagnosis, efficient repair, and professional service to those who trust our products. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Incoming Management:** Register repairs and complete incoming documentation. * **Analysis and Diagnosis:** Identify malfunctions and generate reports in the **M3** system for subsequent budget preparation. * **Technical Repair:** Resolve malfunctions once the budget has been confirmed. * **Outgoing Management:** Prepare and conduct technical verification of the device prior to final delivery. * **Technical Support:** Deliver specialized telephone assistance to provide support and solutions to customers. **Terms and Benefits:** * **Salary:** Competitive. * **Contract:** To be determined during the selection process. * **Work schedule designed for work-life balance:** Full-time with seasonal flexibility: * **Standard schedule:** Monday to Thursday, **7:45–16:30** (45-minute break), and **Friday departure at 14:45**.
