We seek a professional who demonstrates execution capability, strong technical expertise, and orientation toward support and projects, with active involvement in development, testing, and go-live phases, acting as a key liaison between business and systems. **Engagement Type** Collaboration in the development and testing of HCM scheduling scenarios. Support during GO LIVE. **Sector** Health Services. **Job Description** Collaboration on projects and support for SAP payroll environments. Familiarity with how SAP organizes and manages employee information across the following modules: OM (Organizational Management). PA (Personnel Administration). PT (Time Management – Absences, Attendances, and Contingencies). **Responsibilities** Execution of functional tasks related to detailed design and configuration of new developments and integrations with other systems (to be described). Preparation of training materials and delivery of training to key users. Preparation, execution, and documentation of unit and integrated test plans. Accompaniment and support to key users during UAT phase. Reporting progress and anticipating potential risks or schedule deviations. Management and resolution of service incidents. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** Experience in HCM system programming or support. Knowledge of databases and report generation. Understanding of HR processes, especially payroll.
