We are looking for a **Sales Strategy Specialist** to join our strategic sales team and work on analyzing and developing initiatives that transform our sales force. In this key role, you will work on projects that drive efficiency, quality, and expansion of our sales team, with a highly practical approach and direct impact on the business. **What are we looking for?** * Proven experience in consulting or similar roles within a multinational, focused on strategy and commercial analysis. * Demonstrated ability to manage, analyze, and develop complex reports. * Business vision and strong orientation toward project execution and implementation. * Advanced English level required. * Advanced Excel (model building), PowerPoint, and medium-high level Power BI. **What will you do?** * Create "ad\-hoc" reports and detailed analyses to support strategic decision-making. * Analyze performance across different sales channels and compare them to identify opportunities. * Participate in defining and executing the go\-to\-market strategy, optimizing the sales network. * Monitor key areas for sales force growth and retention, including the impact of offers and commission systems. * Develop and present data-driven action plans to improve results. * Propose new control methods and analysis tools to increase efficiency. **What do we offer?** * Immediate incorporation into an expanding international project with real strategic impact. * Competitive and negotiable salary. * Permanent, full-time contract (40 weekly hours). * Hybrid working mode (3 days in office in Málaga \+ 2 days remote). * Corporate benefits and professional development opportunities.
