The candidate will be responsible for carrying out various corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring the good condition of facilities and equipment. Responsibilities: * Corrective Maintenance: Repairing traffic lights, restrooms, signage, and other elements within the warehouse. * Painting: Maintenance and repair of paint on loading docks. * Rack Maintenance: Inspection and repair of racks and upright protectors, as well as plastic bumpers. * Preventive Maintenance: Inspection and validation of legionella systems, racks, and other systems. * Plumbing, Electrical, and Locksmith Tasks: Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and locksmith tasks as required. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Prior experience in industrial maintenance or in a similar role. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, and painting. * Ability to independently carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively. * Willingness to undergo additional training in areas related to industrial maintenance (specialized training will be provided by the company).
