Proficiency in labor management tools and platforms We are seeking a professional for the Labor Consultancy Department in Oviedo (Asturias). Main responsibilities include providing technical labor consultancy to companies regarding hiring, applicable bonuses, and termination of employment contracts—such as dismissals or contract expirations. The role also involves creating and managing contracts via official government platforms, processing payrolls, and handling social security procedures through the RED System and SILTRA. A minimum of three years’ prior experience in similar positions is required, preferably within consultancy or administrative management firms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel and Word—is essential, along with advanced experience in payroll management software such as A3 or Sage. Fluency in the RED System, SILTRA, Contrat@, and Delta is mandatory. Professional association membership is considered an advantage. This is a permanent, full-time position with morning and afternoon shifts, offering a salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
