Therefore, we promote a culture grounded in: * Collaboration and teamwork * Approachability and people orientation * Commitment to excellence * Innovation and practical utility Joining CNTA means integrating into an environment that supports both professional and personal well-being, working alongside highly skilled professionals committed to a shared purpose. **What will be your mission?** We are looking for a candidate to join our People and Talent Department, combining human resources administration functions with People Analytics—data analysis about people—to improve organizational decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** The selected candidate will participate in the following activities: * Personnel administration. * Management of employment contracts. * Support in payroll administration and labor-related incidents. * Working hours monitoring. * Tracking and analysis of absenteeism. * Administrative management linked to projects. * Preparation and management of justifications for public calls related to personnel. * People Analytics and data management. * Analysis of people-related metrics: turnover, absenteeism, gender equality, pay gap, among others. * Preparation and management of reports and dashboards in Power BI. * Monitoring of personnel-related economic indicators. * Support in the continuous improvement of the department’s information systems. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. * Knowledge: * + Specific training or experience in People Analytics. + Proficiency in Power BI or other data analytics tools. + Knowledge of labor administration and personnel management. **What do we offer you?** * Workplace: San Adrián (Navarra) * Work modality: Hybrid (on-site + remote work) * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Full-time, intensive schedule * Flexible Compensation: Meal vouchers, private health insurance, training, childcare vouchers * Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment committed to people. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. * A collaborative and passionate team dedicated to the impact of their work.
