We are looking for you—someone holding a Law Degree and possessing skills/experience in handling information systems. You will join the **functional support team for judicial and social rights information systems**, and your responsibilities will include: * Registering and classifying incoming incidents. * Resolving, from a functional perspective, those incidents that can be addressed directly. * Identifying workarounds for incidents lacking direct solutions. * Escalating to specialists and/or technical support those incidents falling under their responsibility. * Monitoring the resolution of all incoming incidents. * Documenting the entire incident management process in the relevant tools. * Collaborating in the design of solutions to problems. The workplace is **on-site in Pamplona.** **Minimum Requirements:** * Law graduates or holders of a Law degree, with skills/experience in handling information systems related to legal process management, professional office management, and incident management systems. * At least two years of experience. * Interest in information systems. * Proficiency in office software. * A service-oriented mindset and commitment to assisting people, especially users who are not particularly proficient with computers and similar technologies. * Proactivity and autonomy in seeking solutions. * Strong interpersonal skills, both to foster a positive team environment and to maintain courteous, empathetic interactions with users and other client personnel. * Must reside in the vicinity of Pamplona, as this position requires on-site work.
