At DXC Spain, we are seeking a **Fixed Asset Specialist** to join our large **Business Processes** team and participate in an important project within the sector. **Responsibilities:** * Register newly acquired assets in the system (e.g., SAP FA), ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with company policies. * Manage the full asset lifecycle: from acquisition and capitalization, through depreciation, to disposal or retirement. * Calculate and monitor depreciation in accordance with accounting standards and specific project requirements. * Reconcile fixed asset accounts, prepare periodic reports, and support internal and external audits. * Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure correct asset classification and timely updates. * Ensure all asset-related processes comply with internal control standards and external regulations. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the fixed asset process and contribute ideas for automation or optimization. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Advanced level of English. * Advanced analytical and reporting skills. * Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and strong time management (monthly close). * Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting concepts. * Prior experience in customer service and finance functions. * Ability to work effectively in teams and independently manage tasks. * Basic knowledge of SAP FA.
