Overview: **Change Management Specialist (Prosci)** ========================================= **About the Project** --------------------- At Expleo, we are looking for a **Change Management Specialist** for an **industrial-sector** client operating in a multinational, complex, and highly dynamic environment. You will participate in key initiatives driving new ways of working, new processes, and the implementation of strategic systems. Your mission will be to ensure teams understand, adopt, and sustain change effectively and sustainably. **What You’ll Do** --------------- On a day-to-day basis, you will contribute strategic vision, accompaniment, and robust change management: * Design and execute change communication plans, generating clear, consistent, and initiative-aligned messages. * Assess the impact of change across different areas and analyze organizational readiness levels. * Identify key stakeholders, map their needs, and lead their appropriate management and engagement. * Collaborate on training activities: identifying needs, contributing inputs, defining UAT requirements, and coordinating with training teams. * Create core Change Management deliverables: Sponsorship Plan, People Managers Plan, Communication Plan, and Training Plan. * Identify risks and resistance, proposing effective mitigation plans. * Accompany, coach, and guide middle managers and project teams to drive adoption. * Collaborate on organizational design initiatives and role definition. * Integrate change management activities into the overall project plan. * Monitor progress, report issues, and measure defined success metrics. * Participate in organization-wide change initiatives and support new actions as required by the project. **What Will Make You Succeed** --------------------------- * Over **5 years’ experience** in Organizational Change Management or in Organizational Development/Communication areas, including **at least 3 years specifically dedicated to Change Management**. * Solid experience in **multinational, complex, and matrix environments**. * Prior experience in the **industrial sector** (mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of methodologies such as **Prosci/ADKAR** (highly valued). * Fluent English (spoken and written), as it will be the program’s primary language. * Excellent communication, empathy, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels. * Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and consistently maintain confidentiality and diplomacy. **Desirable** ------------- * Spanish as an additional language. * Prior experience in digital transformation projects or system implementations. * Participation in organizational design projects. **What We Offer** ----------------- **100% Remote Work (as per client/project needs)** **Versatile Growth:** Learn new languages and technical certifications through our Expleo Academy. **Time for You:** Enjoy 24 vacation days per year, plus December 24th and 31st. **Exceptional Environment:** A place where peer support is the norm and competitiveness has no place. * ️ **Connection & Well-being:** At Expleo, laughter is never in short supply—and fun is guaranteed.
