




Job Summary: A cook responsible for à la carte breakfast preparation, goods management, mise en place maintenance, and APPCC system monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. À la carte breakfast preparation 2. Comprehensive management of goods and supplies 3. Maintenance of hygiene and order in the work area As a Breakfast Cook at Grand Hotel Son Net, your duties will include, among others: \- À la carte breakfast preparation. \- Goods management (receiving, temperature control, sorting and stocking). \- Reporting to section heads and/or department regarding mise en place maintenance, production, and stock levels. \- APPCC system monitoring and assigned record-keeping. * Preparation of staff meals (lunch/dinner). \- Daily mise en place preparation, as well as required production. \- Cleaning and organizing the work area.
