Apply today and take the first step toward a stable professional future. **Requirements:** --------------- Conditions: * Dual Vocational Training Contract, on-site and full-time. * Minimum duration is 3 months, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years, with potential conversion to an indefinite contract at any time. * This contract allows you to work and train simultaneously. You will receive a salary from day one and, upon completion, obtain an official qualification certificate. * Your working schedule is divided between actual on-the-job work time and online theoretical training time: + First year: You will spend up to 65% of the maximum working hours on actual work. The remaining time is dedicated to online training. + Second year: Working time increases to up to 85%. * Your remuneration will be proportional to the time you actually work. According to the law: + First year: You will earn at least 65% of the salary stipulated in the collective agreement for your professional category. + Second year: You will earn at least 85%. * In any case, your salary will never fall below the Interprofessional Minimum Wage (SMI), proportionally adjusted to hours worked.
