Learn more at cibervoluntarios.network WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Alliances with partner organizations Design and implement strategies to incorporate new organizations into the network. Identify NGOs, associations, foundations, community centers, cooperatives, and public entities aligned with our mission. Persuasively present the value of joining Cibervoluntarios Network and lead the affiliation process. Develop customized value propositions tailored to different types of organizations. Management and support for existing members Train organizations on the network's methodologies, tools, and resources. Conduct ongoing monitoring of goals and activities. Ensure compliance with commitments and timelines. Identify needs, propose improvements, and maximize the use of tools and opportunities. Maintain active communication to strengthen relationships with each organization. Operational and cross-cutting processes Use digital tools for activity registration, tracking, and analysis. Prepare periodic reports on outreach, performance, and impact. Collaborate with communication and coordination teams to optimize materials and strategies. Represent the network in meetings, events, and national and international networking forums. **Requirements:** --------------- REQUIREMENTS C1 level English (spoken and written) essential. Previous experience in partnership acquisition, business development, strategic alliances, or community management. Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage long-term relationships with multiple organizations. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and clear results orientation. Fluent use of digital tools (CRM, video calls, collaborative platforms). Experience in third-sector organizations, digital inclusion, or social projects will be valued. 100% in-person work at our office in Málaga. WHAT WE OFFER? Purpose-driven work within a growing international network. Full-time permanent contract. 35-hour workweek: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:30 h. Salary: 22,000 € gross annual.
