PROJECT: Comprehensive Labor Integration Program for vulnerable individuals. The main responsibilities of this position are: * **Professional Orientation** — Expertise in guiding individuals through job search and vocational choice. * **Person-Centered Support** — Skills in personalized counseling, attention to diversity, and focus on individual development and growth. * **Recruitment Sources** — Proficiency in using various tools and channels to identify candidates. * **Job Pool Management** — Administration of databases containing professional profiles. * **Competency-Based Interviews** — Ability to conduct interviews focused on users’ skills. * **Interview Preparation** — Capacity to prepare users for stages of the selection process. * **Personnel Selection** — Experience evaluating and selecting the best candidates. * **Documentary Support Management** — Ability to operate efficiently in digital environments, with strong organizational skills and procedural control.
