




Job Summary: Coordinate and prepare Solvency II reporting at the European and Latin American levels, ensuring the quality of regulatory information and supporting subsidiaries. A dynamic environment focused on customer care. **What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to produce and coordinate Solvency II reporting for the European Subgroup resulting from Brexit, subject to review by the Spanish Directorate General of Insurance (DGS); coordinate and ensure the quality of reporting on information from various business units across Europe and Latin America for Bupa, fulfilling solvency requirements set by the UK regulator. Additionally: Prepare and coordinate information—on a quarterly and/or annual basis—as required by the Spanish Directorate General of Insurance (DGS), as well as by other official bodies, ensuring compliance. Prepare reporting for the Spanish Directorate General of Insurance and Financial Supervision (DGSFP) and meet other regulatory requirements arising from the new European supervisory perimeter. Ensure that accounting records match those captured in the DEC (Declaration of Economic and Financial Information). Perform the EBS calculation for the Sanitas Group. Coordinate with Management Control and Actuarial departments on SCR and MCR calculations. Prepare documentation and presentations for the Sanitas Group Board of Directors regarding solvency positions under the new supervisory perimeter. Advise various Sanitas Group subsidiaries on quarterly and annual closing processes, specifically regarding Solvency II criteria and information requirements. Participate in and prepare the Sanitas Group’s capital management plan to align with the company’s strategy. **What do you need?** Education: University degree (e.g., Economics, Business Administration and Management, Finance and Accounting, Mathematics, etc.). A Master’s degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences or in Finance, Risk Management, or Management Control is desirable. Experience: 3–7 years’ experience in the described responsibilities.
