Reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager and following an initial training period, you will be responsible for carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance on the installations assigned to your territory. **Responsibilities** * Ensure the proper operation of the assigned installation fleet in your territory—including elevators, escalators, etc.—by performing preventive maintenance activities and/or necessary repairs in accordance with the maintenance plan, technical assistance procedures, and policies. * Keep customers informed about the status of their installations. * Ensure compliance of equipment with current legal regulations, minimizing impact on customers and the environment. * Guarantee the longevity and proper functioning of tools and equipment under your responsibility. * Ensure adherence to internal policies regarding Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment. **Who We’re Looking For** Do you enjoy working in services/operations and possess initiative and a results-oriented mindset? Do you proactively engage with people and appropriately respond to your customers’ needs? * A recognized vocational qualification or professional certification is mandatory: + Electromechanical Maintenance Technician + Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Mechatronics + Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Equipment Maintenance + Technician in Electromechanical Installation and Maintenance of Machinery and Line Operation + Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist Technician + Electrical–Electronic Maintenance Specialist Technician + Mechanical Maintenance Specialist Technician + Professional Certification in "Installation and Maintenance of Elevators and Other Fixed Lifting and Transport Equipment" (IMAQ0110) + Professional Certification in "Development of Projects for Handling, Lifting, and Transport Installations" (IMAQ0210) * Prior experience as an elevator maintenance technician is highly desirable. * A valid driver’s license is mandatory. * Additionally, we value competencies such as creativity and initiative, openness to change, commitment to continuous improvement, and customer orientation.
