Identify key stakeholders. Establish adoption KPIs and monitoring mechanisms. * Data communication and culture: Develop the Communication Plan: messages, materials, calendar. Promote the value of data and the importance of the governance model. Launch awareness campaigns and quick-win initiatives delivering tangible value. * Training, workshops, and coaching: Design and deliver micro-learning sessions, workshops, and participatory sessions. Create instructional materials and adoption guides. * Impact analysis and resistance management: Conduct organizational impact assessments. Identify cultural or process-related barriers and design mitigation actions. Activate and coordinate Change Ambassadors. * Facilitate cross-functional communication across departments. * Ensure governance decisions are accompanied by corresponding adoption strategies. * Monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement: Measure adoption and usage of governance mechanisms. Report progress and risks to committees and leadership. Propose improvements and reinforce behaviors (ADKAR Reinforcement phase). Requirements* University degree or vocational training. * 3–5 years’ experience in IT change management: Design and execution of change management plans; impact analysis and resistance plans; delivery of training and adoption sessions; coordination of stakeholders in complex/multi-departmental environments. * Certification and/or specific training in the following frameworks or similar: ADKAR, Lean Change Management, Kotter. * Knowledge of: Innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Service Design), digital transformation and organizational culture, collaboration and knowledge management tools (Miro, Confluence, 365…). * Catalan language proficiency at C1 level.
