Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Office and Construction Technician to oversee and manage construction project execution, coordinate activities, prepare technical documentation, and liaise with clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive control and management of construction project execution. 2. Coordination and planning of construction tasks with various stakeholders. 3. Preparation of technical documents and design of hydraulic solutions. A company based in Sabadell is looking for a Technical Office and Construction Technician. Requirements: \- Disability equal to or greater than 33% \- Degree in Civil Engineering or Public Works Engineering \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical management tasks within construction projects \- Knowledge and/or experience with technical office software tools (Presto, GIS, CAD, EPANET, etc.) Offered: \- Indefinite-term contract \- Full-time position (36 hours/week) \- Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:45–15:00; Thursday 7:45–18:00 \- Gross monthly salary: €2140 (calculated on 14 payments and 8 hours/day) \- Control and management of construction execution. \- Monitoring construction progress according to the project. \- Coordination and planning of construction tasks. \- Coordination with various construction stakeholders. \- Validation of measurements based on progress and preparation of interim and final certifications. \- Preparation of technical documents. \- Field data collection, design and graphical representation of proposed solutions to prepare budgets for required hydraulic works. \- Preparation of technical documents compliant with current regulations and technical standards. \- Client liaison. \- Requesting quotations and preparing documentation according to procurement protocols Experience: 24 months.
