You will be part of a highly specialized team working to provide comprehensive and humane care to individuals with mental health disorders, addictions, and disabilities. ALTHAIA, Universitary Healthcare Network of Manresa (www.althaia.cat), manages resources for Specialized Care, Primary Care, Sociohealthcare, Mutual Health, and Private Healthcare. The Mental Health Division’s resources form part of the Mental Health and Addictions Network and address, through various facilities across different levels of care, the needs of individuals—and their families—with mental health disorders, addictions, and disabilities: Emergency Services, Adult and Child/Adolescent Acute and Subacute Inpatient Units, Adult and Adolescent Day Hospitals, Day Centre, Child/Adolescent Mental Health Centre, Adult Mental Health Centre, Drug Addiction Care and Follow-up Centre, and Supported Housing; SESM-DI (Specialized Mental Health Service for Intellectual Disability). The catchment area of Althaia Foundation’s various resources covers the regions of Bages, Berguedà, Cerdanya, Solsonès, and Anoia. Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research are among our priority activities, and integration of social resources—including the Social Club, Technical Labour Office, and Mosaic Project—facilitates the social inclusion of service users. **Requirements:** ----------------- Specialist qualification in Psychiatry (via MIR) * **Desirable:** * Experience in Psychiatry in adult inpatient units * Leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team * Training or experience in healthcare management * Strong interpersonal skills * Flexibility and adaptability to change What do we offer? * Indefinite contract.
