We are currently looking for a Social Educator to join our CAI Carabanchel center located in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-person, telephone, and email support to various stakeholders (users, families, suppliers, etc.). Inform interested individuals about the different services offered. Manage courier shipments and distribute correspondence. Carry out administrative tasks related to visits (e.g., visit billing, mutual insurance claims, Social Security Institute (INSS) procedures, user registration, call logs, etc.). Provide user support and maintain patient records. Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Close and reconcile the center’s cash register. Requirements: Preferably Vocational Training Level I (FPI) in Administrative Management and/or Vocational Training Level II (FPII) in Administration and Finance, or equivalent qualifications. Experience in administrative tasks (document management, telephone support, appointment coordination). Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, email). Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with adults and children. In-person and telephone support for families. Management of documentation and databases. Collaboration with technical staff on administrative tasks. What We Offer: Full-time schedule, morning shifts and at least two afternoon shifts until 8:00 p.m. Salary according to collective agreement.
