Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to coordinate, control, and plan construction projects, ensure economic objectives are met, lead teams, and demonstrate commitment to sustainability. Key Highlights: 1. Good working environment and team-oriented work culture. 2. Continuous training and learning. 3. Real opportunities for professional development and growth. DESCRIPTION COMSA Corporación is an international group with over 130 years of experience and a team of more than 5\.000 professionals operating across Europe and Latin America. We are a leader in the infrastructure and engineering sector, firmly committed to integrating sustainability into our organizational strategy. We currently require a CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER for Málaga. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and control all contracts throughout all project phases—from initiation to closure—to ensure achievement of established economic objectives. * Assume responsibility for meeting the annual budget assigned to one’s project(s), thereby ensuring achievement of targets outlined in the business plan. * Carry out initial project planning, determine the economic cost of each unit, and conduct periodic reviews of such planning—reflecting all changes or alternatives—to ensure project execution meets quality, schedule, and maximum profitability requirements, as well as to identify and anticipate potential errors, opportunities, and possible improvements. * Monitor project quality, schedule, and profitability, as well as perform monthly performance tracking; manage administrative tasks and documentation related to certifications, completed works, provisional handovers, settlements, project closures, price revisions, treasury matters, and invoicing; propose cost-optimization measures to safeguard project profitability. * Prepare and substantiate before the DO (Director of Works) valuations for works not included in the original project, by establishing contradictory pricing where applicable—arising from modifications, unforeseen units, or interpretations of the tender documents requiring such action. * Technically review the initial project design, monitor execution of various activities, and propose project variants to ensure timely, high-quality execution while optimizing project profitability. * Guarantee compliance with the site’s Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental Plan, and assume responsibility for delivering required project documentation to prevent and/or reduce accidents, ensure adherence to statutory safety and quality standards, and simultaneously fulfill all contractual obligations agreed upon with the client. * Lead client communication throughout the project/construction phase, and coordinate with the Site Management (internal or external) and the client—proposing and negotiating possible modifications to the initial project schedule and design—to facilitate future contracts, promote the Company’s image, and improve financial performance. * Conduct initial procurement planning, solicit quotations, negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors, perform comparative analyses, approve procurement orders for the project, supervise proper execution of subcontracted activities, detect and resolve issues—all aimed at fostering a cooperative environment to achieve better economic conditions, scheduling, and quality. * Secure certificates of satisfactory execution upon project completion to maintain the Company’s classification for works and services, enabling continued bidding on similar projects. * Coordinate and supervise the project team to ensure goal achievement and maintain a motivated, skilled workforce. * Promote and incentivize initiatives aimed at improving the on-site team environment to retain talent and boost motivation. Identify and communicate to one’s superior—regarding subordinates and colleagues—training needs, support requirements, identification of strengths or areas needing improvement suggesting possible role changes, and concerns facilitating the best possible working climate and team motivation. (Think about how to write more effectively, but it is essential to promote vigilance and coaching actions.) * Provide support and assistance on projects or tasks requiring one’s involvement, ensuring their execution meets quality and schedule requirements. * Report to one’s superior on project status regarding planning and financial closures, timeline tracking, notable incidents requiring higher-level support or affecting future client relationships, support needs from Corporate Services, personnel management support requirements for internal or external team members, etc. * Promote process improvements generating positive impact in areas adding value to the Company—such as environmental impact, process industrialization, or implementation of technologies enhancing project efficiency and profitability. WHAT WE OFFER? * Good working environment and team-oriented work culture, surrounded by experienced professionals who will accompany you throughout your journey within the Company. * Continuous training and learning. * Real opportunities for professional development and growth. \- Flexible compensation plan (contracting of services \-health insurance, childcare, transportation, meals, and life insurance\- enabling tax savings). * Competitive salary.
