We are looking to hire an **Operations and Maintenance Manager for External Plant Infrastructure** with extensive experience in the sector, who will play a key role in developing our external plant services. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing external plant operations, leading the team and ensuring operational excellence. This position will report directly to the Company's External Plant Operations Manager. *Responsibilities* Plan and coordinate external plant operation and maintenance activities, managing both internal staff and partner companies. * Supervise and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards in all operations. * Ensure infrastructure operability through effective incident management and resolution. * Lead, motivate, and supervise the team, promoting a collaborative work environment. * Ensure compliance with technical, legal, occupational health and safety, and environmental regulations. * * Drive innovation and continuous improvement in O&M processes, optimizing costs, timelines, and service quality. *Requirements* * Extensive knowledge of optical fiber network deployment, both in field operations and engineering. Results-oriented and strong problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of technical regulations, occupational health and safety (PRL), environmental, and quality standards. * Proficiency with project design and management tools. * Courses or certifications in optical fiber, project management, and PRL (desirable). * * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, managing deployment projects, network expansions, and optical fiber network maintenance.
