We are a company specializing in the outsourcing of housekeeping services within the hospitality sector, currently experiencing growth and consolidation; therefore, we seek to bring aboard a key role: **Corporate Housekeeping Manager**. This position was created to build structure, generate operational value, and support teams in professionalizing their services. It is not merely a supervisory role, but one of technical leadership, coordination, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will be the link between strategy and daily operations, ensuring that each service is delivered with consistent standards of quality, efficiency, and profitability—regardless of the hotel where it is provided. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Train and support Housekeeping Managers, Assistant Housekeeping Managers, and Supervisors across various hotels. * Develop and update operational procedures for services. * Actively participate in new hotel openings, executing assigned tasks alongside the Regional Manager. * Supervise workforce scheduling and ensure accurate updating of service reporting forms. * Plan and conduct periodic audits, establishing a weekly schedule of service visits. * Audit compliance with procedures and quality standards, reporting results to the Regional Manager. * Manage operational incidents and resolve customer-service-related issues. * The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, auditing, and evolving work models, becoming the technical reference for teams and providing direct support to the Regional Manager. * Manage operational incidents and resolve customer-service-related issues. * Monitor and analyze procurement costs per hotel. * Track operational incidents reported by Housekeeping Managers. * Audit the performance of Housekeeping Managers and implemented cleaning procedures. * Prepare reports and action plans for identified deviations, ensuring follow-up on execution. * Participate in recruitment processes, particularly for Housekeeping Managers and operational staff. * Monitor service profitability as a joint management tool with the Regional Manager. * Provide technical support during the sales process and preparation of financial proposals. * Maintain operational relationships with client stakeholders. * Implement environmental best practices. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period. * Working hours: Part-time * Salary: €30,000–€36,000 gross per annum. * Company car. * Immediate start. **Requirements:** --------------- * We seek a candidate with a holistic view of service delivery, analytical capability, natural leadership, and process orientation—a person who understands hotel operations from within, capable of structuring, training, mentoring, and demanding with sound technical judgment. * An organized, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a quality focus, sensitivity toward profitability, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role; prior experience in outsourcing companies or hotel housekeeping departments is highly valued. *We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, and do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, functional diversity, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.
