**Description:** ---------------- Micofer By Empatif is selecting Electrician Technician profiles for an important industrial company located in Bergondo. Responsibilities: * Assemble, build, and wire control boxes following electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. * Verify correct operation of assemblies through inspections, tests, and quality controls, ensuring reliability. * Interpret technical documentation and ensure accurate execution of electrical assembly processes. * Collaborate in commissioning, consolidation, and development of the Assembly department, contributing technical knowledge and actively participating in process improvement. * Contribute to standardization of assembly procedures, promoting efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. * Comply with current regulations regarding occupational health and safety (PRL), quality, and environmental standards, ensuring a safe working environment aligned with company standards. Offer: * Direct employment contract with the company. * Summer schedule (Morning shift Mon–Thu 6:00–14:00; Fri 8:00–15:00 // Afternoon shift Mon–Thu 9:00–18:00; Fri 9:00–17:00; Fri off). * Rest of the year (Morning shift Mon–Fri 6:00–14:00 // Afternoon shift Mon–Fri 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00). * Immediate hiring, with an approximate duration of 6 months. Real possibility of continuation based on performance. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational Training (FP) at Intermediate or Advanced Level in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Automation, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Proficiency in using manual tools, electric tools, and measuring equipment. * Preferred specific training in Electrical Panel Manufacturing, interpretation of electrical schematics, and use of measuring instruments. * Proven prior experience in assembling and wiring electrical panels, control boxes, or industrial electrical installations. * Strong communication skills, social aptitude, proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.
