From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our concrete precast solutions. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on machinery and facilities. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the following are highlighted: * Maintenance and repair of overhead cranes: bearings, gearboxes, cables, automation systems, etc. * Maintenance of small industrial vehicles: forklifts, dumpers, etc. * Maintenance and upkeep of the concrete plant: conveyor belts, silos, hoppers, weighing scales, batching equipment, etc. * Maintenance of hydraulic systems: solenoid valves, cylinders, and hydraulic power units. * Operation and supervision of steam boilers, compressors, and pumps. * Review of overhead crane checklists. * Participation in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or production lines. * Collaboration with other departments to ensure continuous production. * Proposal of technical improvements to optimize machinery performance. * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Excellent professional development opportunity within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Pension plan; Wellbeing Program (online Yoga/Pilates/HIIT classes, mental health support). **Requirements** -------------- We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Higher vocational training qualification or medium-level vocational training. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. * Knowledge of industrial mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics. * Effective communication skills. * Responsibility and commitment to occupational health and safety (PRL). * Teamwork orientation. * Proactivity in identifying improvements and proposing solutions. * Work organization and orderliness. * Advanced level of Spanish. \#LI\-OM1 * **Location:** Meis (Spain) * **Contract Type:** Temporary * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Sector:** Construction and architecture * **Vacancies:** 2 * **Discipline:** Others * **Work Modality:** On-site
