You will be responsible for ensuring quality and objective achievement, as well as leading the work team. **Job Description** **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Project Management and Coordination:** Lead technical documentation development, ensuring compliance with established standards and deadlines. * **Planning and Monitoring:** Supervise timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. * **Team Leadership:** Ensure work quality and objective achievement while fostering a collaborative and motivating environment. * **Client Relationship:** Act as the liaison with key clients in the Naval/Defense sector to ensure alignment with technical and administrative requirements. * **Documentation Management Experience:** Coordinate activities related to the life cycle (IACV) of military or civilian vessels. * **Operations Coordination:** Manage operational or maintenance activities on vessels or land-based plants. **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year** as Project Manager/Project Lead or Contract Manager. * **Desirable:** Experience in managing and developing life-cycle support documentation (IACV) for military or civilian vessels/industry (minimum 1 year). * **Education:** + **Accredited Master's Degree** in Naval and Oceanic Engineering or Industrial Engineering. + **Bachelor's Degree** in Naval and Oceanic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics and Automatic Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Machinery, Nautical Science and Maritime Transport. + Other **Accredited Master's Degrees** or **Bachelor's Degrees in Engineering** (excluding those listed above) will also be considered. * **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of project management and technical documentation tools. * **Soft Skills:** Leadership ability, effective communication, results orientation, and teamwork. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** * International work environment and professional growth opportunities. * Permanent contract. * 22 vacation days. * Additional days off to recharge. * Flexible and intensive working hours. * Private health insurance. * Hybrid work model with remote work options.
