A future career project within the company Company Information Paradores de Turismo de España Company Job Description Vacant Position **Waiter** Location Masies de Roda County Osona Number of Positions 1 Category Waiter Department Dining Room Working Hours Rotating Shifts Salary Paradores de Turismo SME SA Contract Type Fixed-Term Contract Contract Duration Until end of year Job Responsibilities Efficiently carry out dining room service while maintaining excellent customer attention, following Paradores’ internal instructions, with the aim of providing a satisfactory experience to users of the restaurant area Responsibilities: Open the dining room and check its condition, as well as climate control levels, lighting, and operation of dining room equipment and facilities, ensuring their full readiness Greet customers, noting their room number if they are hotel guests, and register breakfast service charges at the POS terminal Coordinate with the kitchen regarding preparation and replenishment of trays emptied at the breakfast buffet Clean the area where breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are served upon completion, to ensure subsequent availability Inform customers of any changes in the menu or preparations, and advise them on selections when appropriate or upon request, providing up-to-date information Record any incidents occurring during service to inform the head waiter and enable timely and proper resolution Collect used tableware, glassware, and linens and transport them to the pantry for cleaning Handle room service requests from customers, communicate them to the relevant departments, and deliver the service to customers as stipulated by the work organization.
