




DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Talent Manager M&T in Barcelona!! Your main responsibilities will be: * Selection of technical profiles: * Analysis and implementation of strategies to attract talent for your unit. * Publishing and managing job offers for Engineering (90%) and IT (10%) profiles. * Conducting in-depth interviews, ensuring both technical and cultural fit. * Assessments: administering language tests or necessary technical validations for the position. * End-to-end management of the recruitment and selection cycle. * Management and follow-up of consultants. * Conducting periodic follow-ups to identify needs. * Coordinating with the People Business Partner of the unit. **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related people-focused disciplines. A Master’s degree or additional training in Human Resources is highly valued. * Minimum 1.5–2 years’ experience in selecting engineering profiles. * Experience in automotive/railway sector profiles is ideal. * Languages: Native Spanish; Catalan and upper-intermediate English are highly valued.
