As of 31 December 2025, assets under management from consolidated businesses stood at c. €2\.7bn, while those managed by firms in which the Group holds a strategic stake amounted to c €14\.5bn **Job Description:** Alantra Private Debt is the private debt funds’ division of Alantra specialized in providing flexible and long\-term financing solutions to the middle\-market through three investment strategies: corporate direct lending and real estate debt. With over €1\.0 billion raised since 2015 and more than 60 transactions closed, Alantra Private Debt has become one of the most active debt fund managers in the European middle market with offices in Madrid and Milan. The team is looking for an analyst to support the fund’s different investment strategies in the following tasks: · **Execution of financing transactions:** analyse companies and markets, review due diligence materials, prepare detailed financial models and memorandums for investment committees, review legal documents, etc. · Monitor portfolio investments: analyse and produce periodic reports on the fund's performance and current financial situation of the portfolio companies. · **Key support functions:** identify financing opportunities through meetings with potential target companies, private equity funds and advisors. The candidate will also take part in the launch of future funds, providing support with marketing tasks, as well as reporting to investors. **Requirements:** · 2\-3 years of experience in a debt, private equity or hedge fund, a leading investment bank (M\&A, Structured Finance or DCM) and/or a Big Four (transaction services, M\&A, debt advisory or restructuring) · Previous experience in Real Estate is highly valued · Exceptional academic background and financial knowledge (including accounting, financial statement analysis, and valuation). · Strong modelling skills. · Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. · Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus (French, German, Italian, Portuguese) · International experience is highly valuable. · Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute with your own ideas and work with little guidance · Ability to work under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities · Impeccable communication and presentation skills · Attention to detail
