Main responsibilities include: 1\. Be responsible for direct patient care, according to the nursing care plan for assigned patients, ensuring their safety throughout the care process. 2\. Make appropriate entries in the patient's medical record. 3\. Remain alert to emergencies and critical situations, being able to respond appropriately under such circumstances. 4\. Demonstrate consistency and interest in patient follow-up and monitoring, informing them about how care will be provided and any other required matters, while respecting standards of excellent quality clinical care. 5\. Respect and maintain an appropriate relationship with patients and their families, collaborating in promoting and maintaining a professional and respectful environment. Also providing information and education properly tailored to their needs. 6\. Promote effective interdepartmental working relationships and work effectively as a team member to help achieve departmental goals and objectives. 7\.
