Stay updated on L&D trends and support global initiatives Job Description: We are looking for our Learning \& Development Technician to join our AXA Partners HR Department in Spain. As a Learning \& Development Technician at AXA Partners Spain, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our employees in collaboration with the HRBP \& Organization Development Manager. You will develop effective educational materials, manage online training platforms, ensure the proper flow of information for the subsidized training process, and work closely with other departments to identify and address training needs. **What you’ll be doing:** ------------------------- * Address specific training needs internally by creating and updating training materials, and externally by sourcing the best providers for each requirement. * Ensure proper logistical organization, communication processes, and necessary materials for training sessions. * Coordinate the information flow to maximize the training that the company can benefit from Fundae. * Ensure appropriate processes are in place for evaluating and tracking the effectiveness of training programs. * Collaborate in developing and delivering leadership development programs, with a particular focus on our team leadership initiatives. * Assist in analyzing training needs to identify organizational development areas. * Lead the monitoring and continuous improvement of our onboarding process. * Lead the "Train and Grow with Us" initiative for candidates not selected in internal calls. * Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development. * Participate in and support regional and global initiatives led by the L\&D teams. * Collaborate with the internal communications team to develop communication plans for key training actions. * Support the PSP team in managing our training platform (LMS). **What you’ll bring:** **Skills*** Fluent communication and influence * Flexibility and agility to adapt to new situations * Attention to detail and rigor in handling information * Analytical skills and data utilization ability * Resilience and capability to work under pace and pressure * Cross\-functional and collaborative leadership * Pedagogical skills and knowledge management ability **Profile*** Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * English level B2\-C1\. * Degree or current enrollment in studies related to Labor Relations, Psychology, Communication, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience in managing training activities, as well as knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e\-learning technologies, including authoring tools. * Experience in managing subsidized training programs. * A master's degree or advanced training in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
